Group Tour Bookings
Kingsbrae Garden will be open daily (holidays included) 9 am to 6 pm from May 17 to October 12, 2013.
2013 Preferred Group Rate: $10 per person, or $13 per person, guided (groups of 20 or more, prebooked; Canadian dollars, HST included).
Groups can take self-guided tours with our complimentary garden map or opt for interpretive guided tours, at $3 per person additional charge. Bilingual guides are available, by appointment. Group tours must be booked ahead for the group rate; please call Mary at 506-529-3335, extension 1, or toll-free at 866-566-8687. You may also e-mail your request. FIT rates are also available.
There are dedicated motorcoach parking spaces in our parking lot. Drivers and escorts receive free admission and meal when a meal is booked for a group of 20 or more. The Garden, Café, Art Gallery, Visitors Centre and washrooms are wheelchair accessible. The Plant Centre has level access, across earth and grassy paths.
If a group meal is desired, please make a reservation at time of booking, in order not to be disappointed. Our beautiful Garden Café and terrace, overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay, could be reserved or occupied at any time (seating for 50 indoors, and 30 on the terrace). Cancellation Policy
Kingsbrae Garden tour bookings: no charges are incurred if request for cancellation is received 3 days (72 hours) prior to the date of the visit. If not received within this time frame, there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged/invoiced to the booking group.
For all bookings that include a scheduled meal in the Garden Café, cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the date of the visit or the 25% cancellation fee will apply to the complete booking (tour and meal combined).
