Dinner at Sage
As the sun sets, embark on a culinary journey with our dinner menu, crafted to elevate your dining experience. Our team meticulously selects the finest ingredients from around New Brunswick, as well as harvest fresh produce from our surrounding gardens, to create dishes that delight the senses and ignite the palate. For 2025, evening dining will only be open for limited events.

Functions And Banquets
Kingsbrae Garden is Ideal for hosting functions and banquets. The restaurant itself can accommodate up to 50 people for a sit-down meal, while a cocktail-style reception is possible for up to 65 people.
For larger events requiring an indoor space, we offer a cathedral white tent in the front garden with seating for 160 people. A stunning view of the Garden, Ministers Island and Passamaquoddy Bay really makes any musical or dramatic events, weddings and exhibits a top-notch affair.
Catering
Our culinary team is dynamic, to say the least. We have been known to take our show on the road, catering to a wide range of events all over Southern New Brunswick.
